At cherrapunji in Meghalaya! Land of clouds and suppose to be the rainiest place on earth.! Cherrapunji's charm lies in rain...but if it doesn't rain..there's nothing much one can do except climb the hillocks spread all over the place! One of such hillocks, converted to a children's play area in the middle of cherrapunji town.
